I've installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop on my laptop (Version 2.127.1080.0, Date published 25.03.2024)
My PBI calculation model works, but then I need to copy the resulting data in Excel. Previously, when I had an older version of PBI, I used "Copy table" button in PBI and it worked absolutely ok
But now it just doesn't copy anything.
Copy button on Home ribbon also doesnt'work
Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem or can suggest another way to copy my data in Excel (I have Excel 2021 and can't update it)

Hi @timurabbasov ,
Check it out if this way works for you.
Enable Dax Query View preview feature if its not enabled already.
2. Restart the power bi desktop and click Dax query view icon
3.
Write the below query (replace DateTable with desired table name) and click run and then click copy and paste the copied data on Excel.
Thank you.
Don't forget to give thumbs up and accept this as a solution if it helped you!!!

My table is to big. The query is limited to 25k rows.
Any suggestions?
The DAX query is not working for me because the lay out of my results are different than the normal copy way.
Is there any other solution? possible to download an old version of Powerbi maybe?

@danextian Hi, my data table is 40k rows and 7 columns only, so it should be copied pretty quick (as it was earlier in older version of PBI)
Could you please tell me more how to use DAX Studio to fix my problem?
Prior to copying, make sure that you dont anything copied in Excel active. Also, how big is the table you are copying. Bigger tables take some time to copy and the process can even fail. Alternatively, you can use DAX Studio to export the data as CSV.

@Rohit11 already posted how to use the built in DAX query view to copy data. But if you were able to copy the data before without any problem, I can only assume that the clipboard is being used by Excel or any other application thereby preventing you from successfully copying the data from Power BI. Have you tried closing Excel first, opening it again and then copy-pasting from Power BI?
