I am facing a DAX /Modelling issue with matrix visual

Please see the screen shot given below:

 

 

There is data in the system like below

Coating line = 3 Galv Major Product = Auto Galvanized and Target = 1000

 

Coating line = Z Galv Major Product = Auto Galvanized and Target = 2000

 

But I am not sure if the modelling or the DAX which I have written to achieve this is Summing up the Target for Major Products irrespective anything else.
