I Need to calculate some specific values that are not in the table

I need some help to discover if there have a way to do what i need , so , i need to make an graph about the total production in a year , the count that i need to do is '450.000 ton - 250.322 ton = 1996/100 ' , but i need to do it aside the table values , at the table i have the measure of every month , but i need to calculate just that count  , so how can i do it ? the account is about , ' anual production objective - atual production = amount needed to be producted til the end of the company calendar ' .
