Hyperlink on multiple row

Hey everyone, how's it going?

I'm working on a table of incidents with multiple rows, where each row includes:

Assignment Group -> Priority -> Inc Number

Like this:

I'm trying to create a hyperlink to the incident in ServiceNow, and I already have a hyperlink column.

My question is: how can I add this hyperlink to the incident number without applying it to counts and without creating a new row, like this:

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, lbendlin ,thanks for your concern about this issue.

Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.

Hi,@Artwin .I am glad to help you.
Unfortunately, it may not be possible to directly keep web columns from being directly involved in the calculation, but you can try to use other ways to get around this. Simultaneous implementation of web URL jumping
Suggestion 1:

Like this:
Create a measure for setting up URL jumps, add it to the matrix, and set up the Web URL functionality.

Clicking on the link successfully redirects you to the corresponding report.

When you want to click on the corresponding URL, click on the created URL measure.

Suggestion 2:
What lbendlin suggested is also very good, add the URL to the row (what you did before) subsequently in the matrix settings, set the URL to display as an icon

The results are displayed below:

However, it is important to note that due to matrix design features.
If you add a URL column to a row or column dimension, that URL column is treated as a dimension and is involved in the calculation of Values. This means that each URL is treated as a separate dimension value, not just a simple hyperlink.

This design feature may affect the way you present your data, so you need to pay special attention to this when using URL columns. If you want the URL to act only as a hyperlink without affecting the dimension calculations, consider placing it in the Values section rather than in the row or column dimensions.
There are many limitations to the matrix itself, and our best practice is to try to achieve our desired results.
