HyperLink in a table visual - Power BI

Hi,

I am trying to create a table visual with default list of columns and I need to have ID column (which is default column in a table) as HyperLink. 

And when i click on ID value, a pop up window should open with the selected value list of columns and data.

Below is the data screenshot fir the same and any volutary help is apreciated!

In this case, I'd suggest you use report-page level tooltip or drill Through:
