How to write a nested if statement with more than 2 arguments.

I need to write an if statement where if the criteria is met for the first three columns then the result is the amount in the minimum column.  I have tried multiple different statements and I am not having any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks.

    For more details, please tell us what criteria you want to meet. What is the original data and what is your desired result?
