You may create a measure using dax below:
Result = IF(CONTAINSSTRINGEXACT(CONCATENATEX(ALLSELECTED('Table'), 'Table'[project_status], ""), "Successful") = TRUE(), "A", "B")Community Support Team _ Jimmy Tao
