How to use parameter using dataflow as data source in Power BI desktop
With deployment pipelines, when you distribute your items across workspaces you can change the datasource. Also you can change the parameters so it's pretty the same but you don't need to do it manually on the desktop.
You just set the rule and when you transfer the report from test to prod it automatically change the datasource.

as I see in your M code you are still not using the parameters.
Anyway I think that solution is good.
If you are using premium workspace you could also use deployment pipeline Deployment pipelines

Just a question for deployment pipeline, If I choose this option, so Don't I need to use parameter ?
Is the report will be refered to the Prod dataflow automatically without configuring it manually ?
