How to use parameter in Power BI

Hi tomk,

Now I want to embed this report (iframe) in my custom website. But when I do that I do not get selection for selection of currency.

Query Parameters can be referenced via the UX dialogs for most common operations in Power BI Desktop’s “Get Data” & “Query Editor” experiences: Data Source connection dialogs, Filter Rows and Replace Values. But cannot be directly used on the report.  So it won't work in your scenario currently. :smileyhappy:

    So what options do I have? This looks like a regular scenario isn't it? How do I pass in parameters to my web service and fetch data as per those parameters and yet have the report in my custom Asp.Net web application?

     

    Is not possible at all?
