How to use build a scatter chart using two tables; one static data, one dynamic data.

I have a Scatter Chart that currently has data points from a table with static data. I want to incorporate one additional data point, that is dynamic in nature, based on a slicer. The idea is that the slicer will have a listing of numeric values, and each time the slicer is changed, the one point on the scatter chart will update accordingly. Is this possible, and how?

    According to my knowledge, I'm afraid it difficult to achieve in power bi for now.

    I think you could try to create two scatter charts, one is static and another is dynamic.

    Then static one is that you could set interactions for it, that it could be affected by any visual.
