How to use a measure for ConcatenateX list within an HTML table cell

I have am using conatenatex to group a list of names together, but I need that within a single HTML table's cell. Currently, adding the measure into the HTML cell creates a sepearate table for each value, instead of concatenating the measure, it splits each results into a new table.

GOAL:

	Group A	Group B
Current Projects	James Doe Ed Jr. Susan Ellis	Andy Adams Betsy Bowen Clair Carlson
Future Projects	Amy Albertson Chad Davis	Frank Holmes Dave Danes Susan Ellis
Project Contact	Leader 1 About	Leader 2 About

CURRENT RESULT:

	Group A	Group B
Current Projects	James Doe	Andy Adams
Future Projects	Amy Albertson	Frank Holmes
Project Contact	Leader 1 About	Leader 2 About
	Group A	Group B
