How to use Manual Numeric ranges? Groups/Bins

Hello all
I have Store Id's, month and sales$ for 2019. This is my raw data.

 

TABLE1

I want the result like below. 
I got the answer for Store count. I want
1.The sum of the sales of the all doors which fall under that range, and
2.the average sales of each door in that range.

Sales rangeStore count whose sum(sales) is between this rangeSum of sales between that rangeAverage of each door in this range
0-30127 
30-100180 
100-2004 
200-4001…. 
>4001  


How do I do this. Please help.
