How to use List.Difference

I am needing to use List.Difference, I have two columns in two differenct tables, I want to create a new blank query in power query I then want to compare the two columns to returns rows that don't match or some similar type of process.

@akhaliq7 , You need to bring the two columns in one using merge or Append and /group by
