How to update a custom visual?

I have a report that makes use of the Infographic Designer (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104380898?tab=Overview). The report uses version 1.6, but 1.7 came out ear...

    Hi Ormesome,

     

    I haven't used Infographic Designer before. And I'm using Power BI Desktop Version: 2.56.5023.1021 64-bit (March 2018). When I import this custom visual by choosing Import from marketplace, the tooltip shows its version number is 1.6. However the version number is 1.7 in the market.

     

     

    So I agree with GilbertQ, the tooltip should be wrong.

Same problem here. I've made my own custom visual but I cannot get it to load into PowerBI Desktop. It stays with the previous version consistently.
