How to turn off Microsoft Power BI Community Spanish notifications?

When I create a thread or update a thread in English on the Microsoft Power BI Community forum, I get notifications when it is translated to Spanish.  I can't see an option to turn them off.

Can I turn off these Spanish  translation notifications please and jut keep the English ones?

I am still receiving Spanish notifications.  Please can you provide fault reference number and fix due date. Thank you

I am having the same issue, except I only get the translated spanish notification in email and in my notifications page on the site, with no english notification at all.
