How to trigger a pop up without using a button

Hi

We are trying to maximise feedback given by users and would like to try using pop ups inside PBI reports/apps to get their attention.

Ideally, we would trigger the pop up for individual users who have had >=X views of each report (we have the activity log data in Azure already). Alternatively we could maybe trigger the pop-up every X days to all users of that report. 

Is it possible to do this at all or can pop ups only be triggered if we use a button?
