How to transfer the Community account?

Hi all

 How do i transfer this forum community account to my new company email id?  As this community account is tied up with the organization account,i need to transfer otherwise i will loose the account and all credits.

I refrered the below post, which has the details for a new account registration, but i dont see the details to transfer the account. Any help is highly appriciated.

I also have the requirement to transfer my account since I'm leaving my current employer, unfortunately the link you mentioned is not working anymore.
