How to track any changes done in the report (ex: any DAX code, formatting, New Pages, etc.) in PBI

Hi Guys,

Is there any chance to know "how to track any changes done in the Power BI Report?". That means after publishing the report into Power BI Service then if we change anything (Ex: any DAX code change, formatting changes, add/delete Pages, etc) in Power BI Report on Desktop how to track those changes?

Can you please provide your valuable suggestions?
