How to to Get the Next 1000 records In loop

Hi

I have the 5 Lakhs Records.Now i am able to getting  the 1000 reocrds.And how to get the next 1000 records in a query.is thir any solution for this Please.

Here is my Source query "= Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://jira.url.com/rest/api/2/search?jql=category=10980+order+by+id&maxResults=1000")) " and how to get the next 1000 upto 5 lakhs records.Please provide any answer or link
