How to sum based on different condition and put it on map

Hello

I want to sum the Zipcode Authorized per Zip Code number and show it on a map that which account has how many zip codes.

Right now in sample file, I only have 2 accounts. I want to find how many zip codes belong to these accounts. And then I want to show those zip codes on the map. I have latitude and longitude as well.

For e.g.: For account # 2261, zip code # 27379 has -1 and +1 so it cancels out each other so it won't show up on map and won't count towards the number of zip codes for that account.

I have put in the file here. Any help is appreciated. TIA!

What have you tried and where are you stuck?

NOTE:  You should not treat ZIP codes as numbers. On the East Coast ZIP codes start with 0.
