How to stop users from downloading hidden Report Tabs

Hello Experts,

End users are able to download hidden report tabs.

Is there a way to stop that or any alternative way to overcome if nothing OOTB exists

The issue is that we have tooltips & hidden notes and our manager is not comfortable letting anyone download what we have hidden. So we want them to download on visible tabs. Please suggest

I know the topics kind of old. I had more than 50 report pages and Power BI cannot export more than 50 report pages. 

So,if you have 50 hidden pages then it won't allow it to be exported and you won't need to stress on users downloading what they don't need to see.

@GulianiG , I check the tenant setting but did not see any option for that.
