How to stop columns in a visual from being selected and filtering?

I have the following visual

frost789_0-1773323707144.png

Whenever I click on a column chart, a column is selected and the visual filters other visuals in the page

How do I stop the column from the visual from being selected? so that it's always in the state of the 1st image?

  1. Select the visual that causes the filtering
  2. Go to Format → Edit interactions
  3. On the visuals you don’t want affected, click the circle with a slash (None) icon
