I have a data like shown in the laft table. I want to sort the first column alphabetically which is straightforward. I want to sort the 2nd column as well alphabetically as shown in the 2nd table. This is for table chart visual. Is this possible?

Yes! It is possible to sort both the columns alphabetically in Table Chart visual.
You will find a arrow on the column header of Table visual chart Some thing like this:Click on this arrow to adjust sorting
Try clicking on this for both the column till the time you get your desired result and i have also attached the demonstration video
