I have 2 tables that I have imported into Power BI - one holds PERSON data, the other holds ACTION data (the dates people were contacted and any info related to that). I would like to display the Action Dates and Action Types for each person. The only way I seem to be able to do that is to use a Matrix and put the Person Name in the "Row" section, and then under the Person Name I put the Action Date. This is allowing me to expand the person name and under it I see all of the Action Dates for that person. Then I am putting any "extra" fields I want to display as "Values" - some of these are Action fields and it makes sense that they are here, things like Action Type, Action Category, Complete Date, etc...but I have a couple of "PERSON" fields I am putting here as well - like Prospect Status. These will ALWAYS be the same for value for the person, they dont change for each action.
My problem is that I am not sure if this is the best way to display my data. I couldnt seem to get anything working in a regular table.
My issue right now is that when I click on the "+" to open up the person name and see the Action Dates underneath, they are sorted from oldest to newest, and ideally I would like these sorted from newest to oldest. How can I fix this? Thank you!!!!!
Here is an example of what I am talking about.

Thank you! I feel kind of silly now because I swear I had tried that. That worked like a charm.
We have all been there 😁
