Sometimes, the sign-in issue can be related to your internet browser's cache. Clearing the cache might resolve the repeated sign-in prompts. After clearing the cache, try signing in to Power BI again.
If your organization uses a proxy, the authentication through the proxy might be causing the repeated sign-in prompts. You may need to check with your IT department to ensure that the proxy settings are correctly configured to allow Power BI Desktop to authenticate without issues.
Sometimes, issues with the internet connection or firewall settings might block the authentication process.
If the issue persists, you might want to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Power BI Desktop application.
