I am connecting using data from access (64bit) but when refresh the data error as shown below. When I try refresh 10 times, it refreshes successfully 3 out of 10. How can I fix this?

Hey @itlemonfarm,

Did you have the 32bit version installed at one time? It could be that you still have the 32bit Access DB engine installed. Check and see if you do and make sure the 64bit version of the Access DB engine is installed. Power Query: getting DataFormat.Error message when loading to data - Microsoft Community
