How to show two column values in stacked bar chart.

I want to see Count of Month - Planned in bar and count of Month - Actual in Line value. But when i try to do both are coming same. These columns are from one table. please help on this

I have created demo table to recreate your scenario and it is working perfectly!

Put your planned count of month in columns y axis and actual count in line y axis and month on x-axis.
