How to show sub totals in matrix visual

Hi Experts, can you please help me to show the subtotals in the matrix visual, while I am trying to implement I am getting some differences. I am attaching two screenshots below, please can anyone help me to solve this issue and move my work smoothly?

Hi @filexsundeep09 

You can create a slicer and apply the field [project no] on the slicer, then select one or multiple project no to filter the data on the other visuals.

I am having a  sample template that I have shared ss and I am trying to remap in power bi can you plz try to help me to solve this?

whenever I selected project no, it will display only current project positions and employee details
