How to show rows/values in Visualizations in the Report section of Power BI?

Hi all,

Simple issue. I'm trying to see how I can get the rows and values to show up when we select a visualization object when working in the report section of Power BI. I'm working on a dataset, and the visualization object there already had the rows and values. But when I try to recreate it, I can only add items from the "Fields" pane as columns.

Image on the left shows what I can see, image on the right is what I'd like to see. Tried searching online but couldn't find any guidance on how this is done.

Thanks for any help!

NVM, solved - the build visual type needs to be a "matrix" not "table".
