Post Partisangadielsolis - Thanks for this but we are looking to plot all the orders in the visual and not just the summary information.
Basically an overview of all the orders which will help understand which step has taken the longest time for an order.

Resolver IIIIn that case my suggestion would be creating a clustered column chart so you can see a single bar per order and this bar will be splitted in colors based on the steps, something like this:
