How to show dates which are not available in the table.

Hi experts,

I have table where Employee log in is captured (DB: SQL Server). I wanted to get the dates on which Employee was absent
e.g. In June EMP1 came to office on 2, 4, 7,11 then absent days are 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12 (consider today as 12 June); EMP 1 - joining is 1-May-21.
EMP 2 came to office on 3,4,5,9,12 then absent days are 6,7,8,10,11 as EMP2 joining date is 3-Jun-21; here 1, 2 wont consider as joining beacause EMP2 wasnt joined.

According to your description, I can roughly understand your requirement, I’ve also created some test data to make a test, I think you can try this measure to place into the table chart:

First, you can give them a single-direction relationship like this:

var _check=SELECTCOLUMNS(FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Employee Name]=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Employee Name])),"1",[Check in])

IF(MAX('Date'[Date]) in _check,"Present","Absent")

Then you can place the fields in the table chart like this:

And you can get what you want.

@Anonymous , You need to create a date table and join your date with that.

Either +0 in your measure or Show item with no data can help

Thanks Amit, for quick reply.
Forgot to mentioned that I already used custom date table; also tried Left outer & Left anti but none worked out.
So basically I want the dates for which there is no entry in the database & which should be >= joining date of employee.
I tried If(isblank(Emp.Dt),"Absent","Present") but its only returning "Present".; any reason why?
