I would like to show all the data labels even it is crowded in the 100% stacked bar chart. I have setted overflow text on already.

Only one way is make sure enough space for your data lable. You can increase space of chart. use smaller data size, hid unnecssary stuff,...

I have tried it already...It is almost impossible if the label is 1-4%...
