How to show URL on column headers in matrix visualization?

Unfortunately, it can't be done in Tooltip if you want the matrix indicates a hyperlink when you hover on column. But you can show it in matrix, and replace it with a hyperlink icon.

First, change property of the column to Web URL,

Then, if you want to replace it with a hyperlink icon, go to Format Tab – Column headers – URL icon，
