How to set minimum count criteria in PowerBI reports

I am researching PowerBi capabilities enabling one to set a minimum case count (e.g. 10) in slicers before results are generated.  Reporting less than 10 cases run the risk of identifying the individuals as the source of information.  I would greatly appreciate assistance from those with a deeper of the application.

Thank you,

Steve

@sperakis , Assume you have slicer on the person and you want min 10 count, So create a measure and use that as visual level filter and check for >=10
