How to set default selection on Column Chart
Hi,
Is there a way to have a value on a Column Chart (or any non-slicer visual) selected by defualt? I also have a relative date slicer in use - not sure if that matters.

Which column do you want to select by default?
You could read through this thread which discussed about setting a bar chart to a default selection.

I've read through the post before, but I don't think it addresses what I am looking for. To answer your question, I would like the latest month to have a default selection. In the image that would be 2018 December. From there the user can unselect that or select another month.
Does that make sense?

I'm so sorry, not sure how I never saw this question until now (two years later). Unfortunately, no solution that I am aware of.
...add me to the list of people in need of default selections. I can't figure out a workaround, more than two years later.
