How to set date filter value as 23rd day of previous month till 19th day of current month by default

I a using Power BI Latest version. I have a requirement to implement the following.

 

I am using "Date" column as a Date Slicer (Slider) on my report. but requirement is that to set its values as 23rd day of previous month till 19th day of current month by default.

User can change dates range if he want to see data for other dates from slider.
