How to set a specific background color in matrix column?

I have a matrix with the next fields:

ovonel_0-1664976021403.png

When expanding, the folder paths can be confused with names...   How can I set it to a specific background color (ie: yellow) for the first 5 columns (which correspond do the folder path).

(My goal is to then add a legend that says ie:   Background color          Yellow=Path,  white=user, access).

@Anonymous , In matrix conditional formatting, can do for values, not for row column, in case you need that.

both isinscope of value can help in creating a color measure and you can use that in visual

example

Switch(true(),
max(Table[Column]) = "R1" , "Red" ,
max(Table[Column]) = "R2" , "Green" ,
max(Table[Column]) = "R3" , "Pink "
)

How to do conditional formatting by measure and apply it on pie?
