How to send email with specific fiels (from, to, body,etc) and register emails history

Hello dear community,

I have and excel data source with this kind of information: From/To/Body/ Subject/ COD.

And i need as a result in PBI:

1 - A column with a link, when I click it will send the email via Outlook. The FROM and TO email adress might be different as shown in the example.

2 - A register hitory of sended emails. In my excel datasource the body will change during the days, i need to send new emails with different body and to collect all the history of sent emails as a table.

The results will looks like this table:
