For your scenario, I want to told you to turn off the 'single select' options, then you can choose multiple items on slicer.
BTW, I haven't found a way to select multiple items on 'single select' slicer of android device .

Post ProdigyWell, I have "Single Select" off, that's why I can select multiple items on the Desktop. However it is not so in the "Phone layout" view. I might be wrong, but I think that this possibility was there few PBI versions ago.

If you report is created by old version, I'd like to suggest you download the pbix file, then use the newest version to rebuild and publish to test.(I test on last power bi version and it works)
