How to see the fields in the report pane for a project published on Power BI Service

Hello,

I am starting an new project which is to elaborate Power BI Datasets which I intend to publish those on the Portal (Power BI Services).

In that manner, an end-user with a Pro or a Premium License will be able to build their own dashboard on web.

I have made a test this morning, but I don't see the fields in the report pane.

Is it possible to make those fields availabe and if so, how do we do that?

Thanks in advance for your help.

@Anonymous i use this all the time and never had this issue. can you make sure you are not hiding table/fields when you published the dataset.

Could you please tell me were is this setting.  Is it in the Power BI project or it is a Portal Setting?

@Anonymous I guess your originally created the report and published it, when you open the pbix file in power bi desktop, did you hide any columns or tables, you can right click on column to see if it is hidden or not

Hello,

Thank you for this solution track.  I do have this option available into the workspace.  So when I click on Edit, the Fields appears on the right.  However, when I go in App, I don't have this option available and a end-user can't see the fields.

Do you know if this setting (the possibility to edit) is a setting per workspace or per Project?
