How to see a box for exporting data?
Hi toplisek ,
To see the box or option for exporting data in Power BI, simply hover over the visual you want to export from, then click on the three dots (the “...” more options menu) in the top-right corner of the visual. In the dropdown menu that appears, you should see the “Export data” option. Click on it, and you’ll be able to export the underlying or summarized data, depending on your permissions and the export settings defined by your Power BI administrator.
If you don't see the "Export data" option, it may be disabled by your admin or restricted for that specific visual.
