How to screen capture PowerBI for demo/tutorial

Hi All, 

I'm creating a tutorial for all my users on how to navigate through my powerBI report and thus looking to record my steps in a video and embed the same in another page in that report. 

I'd like to now how can i record/screencapture and embed in my report.
