I know we can create bookmark-something to reset filters. But this way only works for reports but not for dashboards.

Unfortunately, it is not supported to reset dashboard. There are two similar ideas which you could vote up and submit your comments on to get fixed quickly.
Get rid of the need to click GOTIT and RESET TO DEFAULT every time you display a dashboard
