How to represent dynamic filters

Hi All,

Find the attached excel I am having Employee Data.For an Employee there is several attributes Department,Location,Grade etc.I am developed Report and placed report filters Department,Designation in Multi Select drop down list.

But  requirement came like below Instead of Placing every attribute as Slicer like below Only one Slicer will take all by dynamic.If I choose Department "X" axis is Department Name and count in "Y" axis.If I go like this I have to change the Data model.I am now using  "Direct Query" mode.But  for Slicer dynamic I have to Store values  like Attribute and Value in row based and storage will grow.If any other Way to achieve like this.
