How to report what customers have purchased individual products

I have a request from my company that they wish to analyse and filter on what customers purchase:

  • only one specific product and no others
  • one product + another
  • all products

With data structured like below, does anyone have any advice on how I should approach this? My thought was to create TRUE/FALSE columns for all the different products, however, this could get messy if we have dozens of products.

This looks like the classic 'basket analysis' pattern, you can find it described in great detail here:

If it's just a matter of hardcoding a few specific product combinations, measures using filter on product name would be enough though.
