How to replace values / copy down values in a column when the values are different every few column?

I couldn't use a simple replace value function for above, as the 'value' is different after some number of columns. I could manually use the 'fill' then 'down' function in Excel, just wondering...

    Hi,

    If you want to do it on power query side, you can use fill down option.

     

    If you want to do it in visual side, use Table visual. Do not use Metrix Visual.
