How to replace SALES_ with SALES_M ?

Hi All

I have a measure field = SALES_

The above field using in many expression.

Now I have new measure field = SALES_M

I like to replace SALES_ with SALES_M

 

Any advise ?

Replace the code in SALES_ with the code from SALES_M.
