Hoping someone can help me on this.
Two questions:
1. Is it possible to remove any zero values in the Power BI Waterfall visual?
The categories are a month-over-month comparison of a product BOM costs with has 300+ components.
The issue is that I would like to hide any values that do not change month to month (delta of 0).
2. Is it possible to eliminate horizontal scrolling by getting the visual to fit to the page?

For the first question, I think you can do this:
For the second question, as far as I know, I'm afraid that we may not achieve your requirement in Power BI currently.
Only the manually change the size of visual like this:
