How to remove unwanted tips from Standard Map visual
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi Nazdac2024 ,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
BhavinVyas3003 Thank you for your quick inputs.
In the Power BI Standard Map visual, when you hover over a data point, it shows default tooltip info like latitude, longitude, size, etc., which you may not want. You also can’t reorder those values.
You can try the below option:
To fully control tooltip content and order, use a Report Page Tooltip:
- Create a new report page.
- Turn on Tooltip in the page Information-->Type as Tooltip.
- Add only the fields you want in the desired order.
- Link this page to your map visual using the Tooltip setting in the Format pane.
Format->Properties-->Tooltips->Options->Type as Report Page and then select the page that you created as a Tooltip
