How to remove tooltips in dax formula editor

Hi there

Not long ago I stuck with strange behaviour when editing dax formulas.

whn I use ctrl+enter a new line is created but i can't type anything because a tooltip apears -http://joxi.ru/Q2KQNl4hLp8vjr and i neeв to click with a mouse to get the cursor...That's absolutely annoying as it makes impossible to write formulas with touching the mouse every line...

Similar issue with alt+enter - cursor is moving to a new line and i am getting a suggestion of adding a formula/field and i can't just tap Tab to make Indent - http://joxi.ru/8AnqedWhzEvNb2

It tried to searh the web, but no luck( Please help

Hi @maksnumax ,

Why dont you use Shift+Enter, Instead of  Ctrl+ Enter?

Tooltip will not appear in this case.

Give a shot.

Thanks,

Tejaswi

Thanks! it seems to be working. Any ideas on the second part? How to avoid suggesting formulas and columns until i type at leas any letter?

HI @maksnumax ,

When I use Alt+ Enter it just goes to next line. I do not see any formula appearing.

Don't know why it is happening for you.

Thanks,

Tejaswi
